Susan Atkinson –
200 RTY Yoga Alliance with Rod Stryker of Para Yoga
I am passionate about yoga and have been teaching since 2005. I was originally drawn to it for a foot problem that was totally healed by yoga! Then, I noticed my back felt less tired and strained; even though I stand for most of my work day (Now I was sold!) My teaching is influenced by many styles and great instructors. I love creating meditative sequences of movements and breath.

Brenna Abeyta-Watson – I have been a certified fitness instructor since 1996. My teaching background includes: water aerobics, step, kickboxing, salsa, Pilates, hi/lo aerobics, seniors, pre/post natal, stretch and strength, personal training, special needs fitness therapy and my new love Yoga. I began to teach Yoga on a regular basis when I moved to Colorado in 2007. I received my Yoga Certification in San Francisco, California and continue to study and grow in my Yoga path. I teach a combination of several Yoga forms including Hatha, Vinyasa and I also infuse some Pilates.

Yoga has been transformative for me on both a physical and mental level. I have found that my body is more flexible, open and my health has increased. I also have learned to approach life in a more thoughtful way and feel that I am more attuned to others and the earth. Yoga has given me many positive tools that I have found useful in my daily life which has brought me more balance. I have absolutely fallen in love with Yoga and feel blessed that I have the opportunity so share and journey with my students.
